Available Position – Director of Human Resources

QualDerm Partners is currently seeking a Director of Human Resources. As a member of the Corporate Management Team, the Director of HR directs/manages the Human Resources (HR) efforts and the provision of human resources services.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining programs and best practices for recruitment, retention, benefit administration, compensation, employee relations, HR information systems and staff development. The HR Director will also coordinate the work of the professional employment outsource organization (Insperity) and coordinate HR implications across operational locations, partnering with both Insperity, corporate and operational personnel to support a high level of teamwork and service.

Available Position – Staff Accountant

QualDerm Partners is currently seeking a Staff Accountant to be responsible for executing and validating the company’s accounting practices and policies and ensuring the financial security of the company by adhering to local, state and federal government requirements. The Staff Accountant will perform various administrative and clerical functions as needed. This position currently reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

This position is management focused with the objective of supporting the management team in the effective and efficient delivery of practice support.
